It's a great feeling to start a new year.  The possibilities are endless.  It's like the start of a new day, "With no mistakes in it."  I'm looking forward to our second year of marriage. 

Dallas and I have been a little sick.  I don't think it has anything to do with working the Humanitarian Bowl and then going to pizza at ChuckECheez and then hot tubbing and rolling in the snow on New Year's Eve.  (That was Becky rolling in the snow, and that's probably why she's still sick).  We went home sick, but I looked out the window at the fireworks at midnight.  It's so festive and fun, you don't want to miss out  We enjoyed our days off work relaxing and sleeping in.  It's also fun hearing from long-distance friends over the holiday.
